Refund Policy

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies if the correct product has been supplied to you.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you receive the wrong or faulty product, we will provide a free replacement and shipping within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items (including special orders) cannot be returned.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you have any concerns about a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your preferred item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@muka.co.za.

Refunds are only processed on business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays).
