Question 1

What are your planners made from?

Accepted Answer

Premium cast acrylic with etched detailing and silver stand-off fixings. Every piece is polished and quality-checked by hand.

Question 2

Are the markings permanent?

Accepted Answer

The etched design is permanent. Anything you write on the planner uses a dry-erase marker and wipes away cleanly.

Question 3

How do the planners mount to the wall?

Accepted Answer

Each planner ships with silver stand-off fixings and a simple template. Most installs take under ten minutes.

Question 4

Can I use the planner on my fridge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most planners can be supplied with magnetic hardware so they can sit directly on the fridge.

Question 5

How do I clean my planner?

Accepted Answer

A soft, damp cloth is all you need. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive sponges, which can dull the acrylic finish over time.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturing takes 3 to 5 days (5 to 10 days from October to December, 1 to 2 weeks for custom orders). Delivery then takes 2 to 3 business days to main centres and 4 to 5 business days to outlying areas.

Question 7

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver everywhere in South Africa. Shipping is calculated on your postal code at checkout.

Question 8

Can I fully customise a planner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can adjust colours, wording, size, layout and add names, quotes or branding. For fully bespoke concepts, request a quick consultation.

Question 9

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, corporate quantities benefit from tiered pricing. Reach out via the corporate gifting page for a tailored quote.

Question 10

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies where the correct product was supplied, and custom or personalised items are non-returnable.

Question 11

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may need a little longer.
