Shipping costs (South Africa)

We offer nationwide delivery. Shipping is calculated based on your area using your postal code. Delivery times vary depending on your area, typically 3 to 5 business days.

If you wish to use your own courier to collect, please let us know by emailing support@muka.co.za with your order number and the courier company you will be using.

International shipping

For delivery outside of South Africa, please complete the contact form. All international deliveries are quoted according to order size and weight.

Manufacturing times

Once your order is placed and paid, we start the manufacturing process. We also offer a priority production service, complete the contact form for more information.

• Standard turnaround time: 3 to 5 days
• Seasonal turnaround time (October to December): 5 to 10 days
• Custom orders: 1 to 2 weeks

Delivery times

Delivery times are added onto manufacturing times and apply to deliveries within South Africa only.

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2 to 3 business days
• Outlying areas: 4 to 5 business days
